"What about the triggerhappy patrols/guards in 0.0??? (And i did not mean any "pirate corps" by that statement)"
I guess thats what I find so amazing. All these corporations and people have been coming in and out of FIX for months.
Yet only these couple of companies:
RED CORSAIRS / SHINRA / SINISTER
Seemed to find "trigger happy guards". What does that tell you?

Kish,
"Who decides what corp/individual gets on the KOS-list.."
Basically a person or corporation has to work pretty hard to make it to the KOS list. (We also have a ROS list where we tell them to leave).
Here are the main criteria:
1) Someone who has publically claimed they are a pirate on the forums or on evidenced chat.
2) Someone who commits piracy in CFS space or other systems that are reported and confirmed by CFS Intelligence.
3) A corporation who does #1 or #2 or an individual - doesnt matter.
4) Someone with a security rating -2.0 or below or a bounty of over $500,000isk.
So you see its pretty simple. If your a "good guy" you can come here. Even people who may've had a few altercations can come here unless they've proclaimed themselves full blown pirates. -2.0 takes some time to get to. When CA demanded we removed all CA corps from KOS (then it was just Sinister, RC and Shinra) we're talking about people with ratings like a -9.7 and bounties in the millions. Those people didn't get those ratings by going to church on Sunday. They had to pirate for a long time to get there.

Mobius,
"We did not agree with the decision of War and chose to make our best attempts to stay out of this war. "
I guess I'm wondering what else you feel we could've done? Don't forget they were told time and time again to stay out of CFS space yet kept coming.
Despite continued claims of "trigger happy CFS gate guards" doesn't it strike you as strange that no other corp or alliance has these problems with CFS?
So if you mean "other things" as continue to let them wander in here, attack people, flaunt our charter and make demands from us, what "other things" could've prevented this?

Mobious,
"We planed on sticking around for some time to see what happened. But unfortunately the high-ranking officials (Ends one of them) in the CFS are completelyà I donÆt know what to say about them. They stated that they thought that if we did not want to participate in the war then our membership should be revoked. So we went ahead and withdrew. "
Did the Senate say you should leave? No. Thats the thing about a democracy. You'll get all kinds of opinions about everything. Do I think some comments are out of line by people in the Senate at times - Yes I do. So its my job as a Senator to make a better argument.
There are over 70 Senators in the Senate. We're not going to agree with everyone all the time.
For your information I posted a peace proposal tonight in the Senate. I'm sure some will embrace it and some will scream "they invaded us kill them all". The point is its a democracy and we all have a voice. I personally don't believe in removing people because they don't agree. I would expect you to continue paying taxes and supporting any special war assessments that come along but its up to you to fight or now. Some of us aren't accomplished PvP types but we can support the effort in other ways.
When it all comes down to the black and white of the matter we were invaded. We're fighting back. Whether I or anyone else believe now that more could be done doesnt matter. But we are free with a democracy and we will reach a consensus eventually.
I'd encourage NGRU to reconsider. Don't take the words of one person as the words of the entire coalition. If you were to be kicked out you'd see a vote on the matter.
Thats how democracy works.

Mobius,
Don't lose hope quite yet. I have assumed the Vice Presidency of the CFS. A peace plan has been drafted and is being discussed by the Senate at this time.
I'd like to let everyone know that peace is desired by the CFS. We will work hard to restore the calm in this part of the universe so all peaceful people can once again go about their business without fear.

Sarkos,
I will be sending you a proposed peace settlement shortly. If you can evemail me an email address where I can send it I'd appreciate it.
Until then I would prefer both sides stop the "you did/they did" game. It is clear there will never be agreement on what happend. The focus now needs to be on ending hostilities and finding a peaceful solution to this conflict.
Thank you,

"The bottom line is that since neither Red Corsairs or Shinra were on the KOS list, no one should have bothered them at all. No tailing, no messaging them in local to harrass them. But you did, you even killed their unarmed Indy, who was not kos, for taking to long to leave CFS space."
Red Corsairs was previously known as a pirate corporation. That is why they were being monitored. They were not interfered with in any way and didn't deserve to be fired on. As a result they were added to the KOS list and that indy was destroyed.
Thats neither here or now.
Yes its clear things didn't go well due to several miscommunications on both sides. I'd like to see this war come to an end. The peace proposal in the Senate is being reviewed. If its approved the CFS Foriegn Ministry will present it to Sarkos for CA consideration.
Until that time I'd ask everyone please relax and assure them peace will come if given the chance.
